  • How Long Is Delivery?
    Our aim is to dispach all orders within 3 working days. Delivery is sent by a standard shipping method & usually takes 3-5 working days.
  • Can I Pre-Order A Out Of Stock Product?
    Unfortunately I am not currently offering pre-orders but I am working on this and will keep my website updated of any changes.
  • How Much Is Delivery?
    Delivery charges are based on the weight of the product/s and is calculated at the checkout.
  • Can I Cancel An Order?
    If you wish to cancel an order, please email us at oakdaleinteriors@gmail.com as soon as possible after placing your order and we will issue a refund providing your order has not been shipped. If your order has already been shipped by the time you have contaced us, you will need to follow the usual returns policy.
